Wow! I remember you telling me you bowled often. But u said u were mediocre! Looks like that's not the case. Good job and great results kmax!
I am mediocre. 117 general average in my local league. I just pulled out all the stops for the tournament. Lowest game was a 126, and my highest 179 (a massive 62 pins over average).
And here we have it, the official results (and the noted prize money). http://hamiltonbowling.org/the-official-results-of-the-2013-championship-tournament/
First of all wow.... Those are no mediocre scores those are kick butt scores. And second Ooooo Hamilton I live close to there
Unless you count having a metal plate and nine pins in your ankle handicapped, no... I'm not. But, with a lot of bowling leagues, if your average score is less than 215, you get a handicap of the difference which is added to your score at the end of each game.
Woah what did you do to your ankle... I tore a tendon in my knee completely and now I have a screw holding the tendon into my knee cause I ripped it out of the bone making a bone shard face up last year then broke my ankle 2 months later. Ah 6 weeks of cast and then 8 weeks in a brace was not fun and neither was physical therapy
I was hit by a car, a 2003 Ford POS sedan if I recall correctly, driven by an 81 year old woman, while I was walking from from the bus stop after work. It was like 11pm. Needless to say I didn't make it home. Was two weeks before I could do anything myself, like go up and down stairs. Physiotherapy went on for a year, and was a necessary pain most 1-2 days a week. I still have issues with it, especially in humid and stormy weather.
Yeah, I wasn't allowed to bend my knee for 2 months I had some expensive brace that would keep my leg straight at a specific angle and as I progressed through PT they gave me another couple of degrees I can bend my leg more. The thing was I didn't do anything bad, what happended was that I stepped on a skateboard and it shot my knee up so hard that it just tore it
