KKHA'S TOWN MANAGEMENT SERVICES!

Have you ever dreamed about owning your own city? Do you feel that you miss the time, and effort to run it properly? Do you miss some features? Look no futher.

We offer you a complete setup for your town, with weekly managements, and even eviction control. We offer you three packages, aswell as one-time services! We offer an extremely low setup fee, and low weekly costs. We do have some criterias for you to follow:

- You have to give "kkha" full permissions on your town aslong as you're using our services. Failure to do so will result in an imediate stop of the services, with no refund.
- You have to give clearly rules for your citizens, aswell as having a limit for their inactivity.
- Within 24 hours of acceptance of our services, you must provide us the startup fee, first weekly cost, and a full plan for your town.
- You as the main owner will need to be active atleast twice a week. This to ensure the payment of our services will go well.
- We do not build any buildning for you, we're just managing your town.
- Failure to pay weekly fee will result in a formal complaint been filed, and revoke of our services.

This is our packages!

Package 1 - 15.000 ECD startup fee, 5000 ECD weekly fee.

- We will setup your plots, to a maximum of 100 plots.
- We will provide you with every single flag possible for your town, or plots.
- We will come with a formal suggestion about your plot.
- We will take care of rent and payments, we charge an extra 20% for this. All payments will be paid to the official town owner through forum payments each week.
- We will manage evictions and LWC removal requests for you, all items from those chests will be open for you the official owner to get.
- We provice you with a full town police feature, banning whoever you would like.
- We provide you with all extcommand++ possible duties you would like us to do, except building.

Package 2 - 10.000 ECD startup fee, 3750 ECD weekly fee.

- We will setup all your plots, to a maximum of 50 plots
- We will provide you all flags, except flags from TownControlPlus2.
- We will not provide a formal suggestion for your plot
- We will take care of rent and payments, we charge an extra 30% for this. All payments will be paid to the official town owner through forum payments each week.
- We will manage evictions and LWC removal requests for you, all items from those chests will be open for you the official owner to get.

Package 3 - 7.500 ECD startup fee, 2000 ECD weekly fee.

- We will not provide you with any flags
- We will take care of rent and payments, we charge you an extra 50% for this. All payments will be paid to the official town owner through forum payments each week.
- We will manage evictions and LWC removal requests for you, however on this package we wil seize the items in the chests.

One-time duty fees.

If you rather want to rent us in for only one job, we can also do this, this is our list of one time duties we can provide.

Spoiler: One-time fees

Setting up plots: 1000 ECD for each plot, no matter size.
Setting up flags: 1500 ECD for each flag, ordering more than 3 flags will give you a 30% discount.
Eviction services (also LWC): 5000 ECD no matter how many plots, we add an additional 2500 ECD to this if we shall not seize any items in the chests.
Setup your town for mayor/president ect apps: 5000 ECD
Assist with other forum applications, like PVP arena etc: 5000 ECD
