Juggolopolis Inc. is a new approach to having a town in EcoCityCraft. Instead of buying a plot and working it by yourself, you buy shares in the company (Juggolopolis Inc.). As a shareholder you gain rights to all company farms and properties, giving you access to many more farms and utilities than just owning a single plot. Company Portal on 18th floor, turn left, 1st portal on 2nd row Shareholder Benefits: - Access to all company farms including many pumpkin, mellon, and auto harvest wheat farms - Multiple shareholders have water placement, repairs, tp, etc. that are provided at no cost to the shareholders while working on company grounds - Shareholders are provided their own storage area to keep their goods and items - Juggolopolis runs Olympic style games in it's massive arena and soon to come an active PVP arena - Weekly dividends are paid to all shareholders for each share that they own. Dividend income comes from dividend chests, games revenue, and excess seeds from harvests - Shareholder ideas, creativity, and hard work are rewarded with extra bonuses and everyone shares in the common creations. Shareholder Requirements: - Purchase 1 or more shares in the company - Fill dividend chest once per week (small chest) with items worth $1.50 per each item - Place excess seeds from wheat harvests in chests after harvesting and replanting all fields harvested - No locked items outside of personal storage area (exception for CEO (mayor) and executives (co-mayors)) - No griefing and if you mess something up by accident, fix it or if you can't tell a shareholder that can - Have fun and cooperate with other shareholders - Shareholders that do not fill the dividend chest more than 2 weeks running may loose their shares and rights to company property

How do you guys earn money? like..only by selling shares?wont it be hard to give out money to share holders as you dont know when they will be online?
He pays us when we get online. Also, the town makes money off of famring, dividend chests, and hosting events.
I like this new idea very much! I may want to buy one share. Also, is this a good way to handle things or is it to complicated, Pm me I would like to know if it is easy to maintain this system, if so I may use it in my next town.
