Need the right version of forge, the link just brings you to forges download page, for me it was for 1.8.9, have to click 1.9 and go to the right version of 1.9 which it says on the forum post (cant remember it off top of head ill look it up in a minute though) download that version and install it and switch to it and it should work. I specified Forge version 1811 in the post because I experienced multiple issues on other versions. If the version linked above doesn't work, try 1817.
