user to user jobs are a great idea but they dont seem very stable, I definitely think using the jobs mod where you can be a miner, builder, farmer etc. will attract more people to making money and keeping the money flowing
The problem is that Jobs can lag the server and It would inflate the server way too much. We already can sell a LOT of things to the server and other people like to buy stuff anyways.
