Sorry, just thought of some information that may be pertinent to anyone giving an estimate. The depth is roughly 15-18 squares deep under my land. I was at 65, and got down to 49 at what I believe to be the lowest point.
20k is the highest I will pay, I need someone dependable that is willing to do it all at once! And must me able to place sponges of course.
I'm guessing you want someone with water? If you don't mind I'll place dirt underneath your town(Dirt Provided By You) as I do not have water feature.
