I am looking to hire a land clearing team to demolish and clear structures in my town (Oasis). Most of the structures are made of basis materials. Depending on the price, I will allow all materials to be kept. There are a lot of huge farms and small smaller houses. Shouldn't be too difficult and could be a great way to level mcMMO and obtain a lot of great materials while working. I am looking for a trusted group/team to do business with. I will not deal with random builders etc. I expect that all members working will have eff5 unb3 tools as well. There will be a deadline in order to receive payment and once the amount is agreed upon, it will be paid by progress (25%, 50%, 75%, etc) and the other half upon completion. If my deadline is not met, then the users will forfeit all work completed. I am looking to stay in the 15k-20k range total for the work and will be hearing multiple offers.
