Username: KMaxwell What job you will be doing: Building a storage area within a 42x42 plot How much you will be getting paid: 30k-50k Additional Information: Regarding the storage building: -outside of building should be of a tasteful design, as if an actual building -multiple levels preferred, even recommended -chests are to be set up in a 3 high arrangement like this: http://i.imgur.com/OKBG5IU.png -chest layout should be functional and even, allowing for as many chests as possible per floor -ideally, I would like enough space for 300 chests at minimum-materials do not have to be "high end" but cobble/stone/brick are not materials I enjoy -additional funds can be provided to buy material I do not have on hand -building will be done in my town of Maerimydra, from y63 and up, building down is not recommended -building is not to exceed allotted 42x42 plot unless approved in advance Regarding the earning of bonuses: -pretty exterior +5k -well lit interior with good use of space without feeling boxed in+5k -timely completion from project start +5-10k If you would be interested in this job please either respond here or forum PM me.
