Minecraft Name: Mochocrap Suggestion: Add a items price thread/page to either ecc.com or the wiki Reason: Im tiered of having to turn on my computer and opening/logging into ecc just to see what the price is of a item then logging off. Plus there has been multiple times that I have planned structures and the amount of blocks needed at school, but im unable to see how much each set of quart stairs cost for an example. No, I'm saying if you plan to make something block by block and want to know the price of each individual block so you know how much $ you will need for said project, and you don't have access to the ecc server then you could go on the website find the price on said page and calculate how much money you will need. So then you can log on the server buy it-build it-love it. EDIT: Im saying, from personal experience, it would be more convenient to have the server prices on the server website
It's too much work to create it and to keep it updated. People are free to create a forum thread with the prices, but nothing official will happen. (As andrew has done it before and stopped doing it because it was too much work)
Considering most things have a) server price, b) server store prices, c) user prices, and d) changing server and server store prices, it would be extremely difficult to keep an official (or even "fan" run) price list. Best thing you can do if you don't have a computer (or don't want to open Minecraft) is to get a mobile or desktop chat client. Generally they open instantly - or quickly - and would work for quick price checking (/worth or asking users in-game). Or be like me and keep a little notebook and stickynotes with the prices of items I use most commonly..lol.
It doesn't unless there is a new MC update, something on ECC changes and things become available/unavailable, or Andrew is doing farming prices. However, I personally don't plan my projects on /worth, simply because many materials people buy will be well above /worth. Doing calculations that could be so far off/change the next day doesn't seem productive, at least imho.
Still moofin, macho does have a point. Prices and items are altered rarely, and if we allowed Game admin + to alter this list it wouldn't be too much of a task. I don't think it should be on the website however, but on the wiki. I feel it would bring more attention to the dead wiki.
