Hello ECC! I have had an idea for a hall of fame, but with a twist. I would be making the hall of fame for record-setting collections of any one item. One key element is that you do not need to necessarily keep the collection. I understand that things happen, and you may need to sell the collection, or you no-longer have space, so you dispose of it all. I WILL keep your name in the hall of fame as long as you have/had the record (until someone else beats it). To avoid spam and unnecessary work, there will a minimum requirements for earning a spot in the hall of fame. If you meet those requirements, I will ask you to both post proof, and to have me, or another future staff member, come verify the legitimacy of your claim. Another thing, we WILL also allow the record-holder to post a sale advertisement in the hall its self, if they are looking to sell the collection. And we will be having weekly item-collection spotlights, once popular, and those collection-holders will receive a reward of some sort. This is merely an idea in the making, and I just want your opinions/feelings on my idea, as well as other ideas to improve upon mine. I am not sure when it will open, or if it will. Thanks, Epicmank3
Cool, thank you! I have decided to start the build. It wont be the best building, but eventually it will be better. The building will be a stone brick castle, very basic. It will be in a town called Aberdeen, right near South Lancaster. Soon, I may need staff to help confirm the records and such. If you are interested in being a volunteer for the staff, forum pm me!
This is not just for star blocks. This is for collections of ANY blocks, items, potions, mob drops, or tools, or any other mine craft item. That is why this is such a massive project for me to take on, and why I am looking for volunteers. My funds are low, so I cannot pay. I know that collecting regular blocks and such is not that popular, but I know a few people who do. I myself collect potions and I used to collect sticks in a sign.

The idea has taken off! The building is almost done, so now comes the task of recruiting volunteers. I am looking for 3+ active players, willing to do a run-through at least once a week of all the current applicants and approve/confirm or deny their place in the hall of fame! If you have TP, please let me know! Having TP will speed up your runs greatly. Forum PM me if you are interested, I am looking for anyone with Mayor+ or Residents with TP (I do this so residents can focus on getting mayor, because I believe it is an important step in the game). There will be NO pay, yet.

Through means from eras past. got them all in about 3 hours of hilarious nonsense back in 2012, I won't tell you the exact method but I will tell you that the method I used no longer works :3 just know that if you ever run into an odd area where all the bedrock seems to be only 1 layer thick, far underground, that you have found my lair :3
