now i love this server its so awsome its just most days i cant play properly with out read timeout errors so today i tried a heap of thing lowered grafic to min ran as administraor updated java everything i can think of i also checked 10 other servers to see if it happen it didnt happen at all except on onebut still lasted alot longer this has only been a issue for last 3-4 days so far before that i was playing hardcore no probs so im wondering why its only this server i also have issues with major lag on vent too even more so if i run this server and vent then its read time out every 5 mins maybe every 10 when not on vent also takes ages to check balance like 6-10sec if not at all witch causes a time out error to im wondering if its due to yr server plugin or host or something cause i never had issue till now and i dont want to leave this server cause i love playing on it please help me , also dose any one else expreiance this alot or some times and know any solution to the problem
No one else has complained about this... o.o Read time out errors are very commonly your Internet. Go to www.speedtest.net and show me your Internet speed? I'm guessing your Internet is not very good, and has trouble keeping up with a large server like ECC (230+ people during peak is a lot of users). Also, if you're not in the US (where the server is hosted) you could have other issues; not as likely, but a small possibility. Your computer could also just... old and not very good. You might also have a program running hidden in the background that is slowing things down majorly. It is sounding like your Internet, though. Any time people get delay with messages/commands and people aren't freaking out everywhere in Global chat, it's their own Internet/computer.
