Hi, I have tried to submit my application for resident status several times and every time I try to submit it I get a security error message. It directs me to go back and refresh and try again. I've done so. Please help! I'd like to progress on the server but it is difficult when I can't submit the application. Thanks Faelinn
This sounds as though its not a forum problem, Its got to be on your side. Did you fill out the application completely as that may be what it is, if one field of the application is not fully filled out then it will no accept the application.
That would give a totally different error than what they're saying they're getting, though, so it's obviously not that.
I tried it from my phone to make a screen shot easier and it worked. Perhaps my computer was the issue? Thanks very much for your suggestions and help.
