Instructions: Place a dispenser and lock it with /cdisplay. Then add another user to it with /cmodify. Then have that user try to put items into or take items out of the dispenser. How many times did you recreate this? 3-4 times Result: Users are not able to add/remove items. Expected Result: Users should be able to add/remove items.
Does this include making the added user an admin to the lock? Try doing @ before their name and see if you get the same results.
As VideoWiz92 has mentioned, you must add the user as an admin. Example: Code: /cmodify @valese The @ ensures the user is an administrator of the chest. If this is not in the Wiki, @ClarinetPhoenix will make it more clear where needed.
