I am currently in possession of 3 towns, and have no real need for a new one, SO this is what i am offering to any current president. You, donate 180k to me, so i can fill out my president application. IN RETURN, i assist in marking off and clearing out a 200x200 town in a location of your choosing, and then you would gain exclusive possession of the town. in short... you would get a new town for much less than adding a town. example. to get your next town after becoming president, it would cost you 220k, taking my offer saves you at LEAST 40k i just want the title ^_^ you can have the town.
I would probably do it for 100k but that's it. I can find a resident like lee said and get it for 85k. I've already done it multiple times.
