    Is it Possible to have nations in nether only?
    It would be awesome, and more people would team up and maybe start an war.

    Whatever idea you are trying to get across, we aren't understanding... Provide plugin suggestion(s) or elaborate more. :/

    If you are thinking more like clans or factions, so you can create teams without fear of harming each other, than I have no idea if that'd be a good idea or not.

    Okay.
    If you do like /recruit <player>, and you need at least 4 players to make an small "nation" that players can declare war with, and can expand it depending on how many players that are in the "nation" For each player in it you should get about a 20x20 area?
    And lets say : Nation Red and Nation blue isn't in a war, and they cant touch anything in their opponents nations.
    But if they are in a war, they can do anything there.
    and you get it....
