Is it possible to un-improve this contract because the other user involved is banned and it doesn't look like he will be appealing. I can not fulfill my side of the contract because he is banned. Thanks for your help -29
I'm assuming you meant unapprove. Once a contract is approved, it won't be unapproved. It isn't your fault that you can't fulfill your side of the contract, and therefore you won't be punished if he decides to file a complaint. You most likely will have to give him the money once/if he is unbanned, however, unless you come to an agreement.
Also wouldn't be breach of contract as this was stated: EDIT: I'm a bit confused. The contract was created Monday, and Saidah was banned 1 day ago. Did you already give him the money? If you did, once the payment is late, file a complaint.
Okay, then based on you should be fine as you didn't see him online. You will probably have to come up with another agreement with him though as the date where he would have owed the money has passed.
