No, you unfortunately cannot. The only exception to this is if WeWin made a typo in the original town's name.

 

No, but in the past before Andrew was crazy busy you could apply for one with ecodollars.

 

Well, if you can build a time machine you can go back and name it something different the first time. In fact, I am going to do that to my towns right now. You will know if it worked if "RabidVille" is actually named Aperture and "VAN" is named "BlackMesa."

 

Change it in your head and dare anyone to call it something different.
