I own Ironview farms, and I am going to make this thread to show you guys the farm, tell you what it offers, and tell you what you can purchase. @Cardinal3 and @Mochocrap are co-owners permanently so if you want to buy from them or have questions they can answer them too. So first things first, Regular member farm perms are 6k/perm membership perms are LIFETIME perms so as long as you don't grief then you will never be removed The other option is that you can rent co-ownership and sell perms. A. You must be resident+ to rent co-ownership B. It costs 25k/2 weeks of selling perms or 45k/1 month of selling perms C. I am a member of this farm and I have to say its great. There is always crops growing. Its worth the price by far.
I have been a member of this farm for a very long time and have seen it grow continually. This has by far been one of my best perm investments - the crops are usually grown and grief is dealt with immediately! The owners have always responded when I have had questions or let them know when replanting has not been done.
