Level...1. My problem is that I need HSPA+ or LTE internet for a longer time for it to work. Well. Most times it automatically changes to HSPA because HSPA+ signal quality is too low, and I have never found a place with LTE so far. So it'S basically only possible with either waiting with goiod signal quality, or public wi-fi near portals. And that combo is rare.
Get a sim with mobile data then! It is easy. I have giffgaff and the 500 MB goodybag. (I am in England!)
Operator? 3G = Well known (e.g. WCDMA) . But I usually have "3.5G" HSPA and HSPA+. (Sometimes only 2G (GSM,EDGE)
Thats the names? Heard of TalkMobile? Lebara? That sort of thing? Well some of these give internet. Some sell you internet coupons. Some have separate goodybags
We got a long way to go... How do you even use your phone to call? You gotta have an operator! (At least roaming!)
Lets try this. Did you a put a SIM card in your phone??? Where did you get it? What is written on it?
SIM card - Mhm. Written on it - idk. It's stuck deep inside the phone. Using the SIM card grants me 300MB high-speed internet per month, if you mean that.

Well I have a 500 mb goodybag but tha doesn't really matter! Just turn on mobile data and location services! Launch ingress.
Only loads an empty map for me. Portals are only loaded after a long time with HSPA+ connection and not at all with HSPA.
