Felon Username: - SirSonic Complaint: -This will be long. So, it started when I took some potions found on the floor of a town that I have a shop plot. Someone called "CisRox2" told me to give his stuff back and I denied because he tried to kill me with Instant Damage II potions. So SirSonic entered in the discussion by telling me that if I don't give the potions back to Cis, he will remove from town (he is co-mayor). Before that HE SAID that throwing instant damage potions at players in the town will get them remove but he didn't removed CisRox2 for doing it. After removing me, he said that he will destroy ALL my shop and make LWC removals on all my chests and trade signs. I have like 20 snapshots of when he was griefing my shop. He just didn't even mind if a silverfish (me) was looking at him, he wanted to intimidate me by griefing all my shop and to "show me his power" as a co-mayor. Mayor, Clob1296 was not online at the right moment when that happened. I would really appreciate that User SirSonic could be banned for griefing and abusing power. CisRox2 was removed encase you didn't know and co-owners reserve the right to remove anyone from town and take down their plot.
Whilst it is true that a mayor can do anything in their own town, it seems that you only removed him because he picked up a potion that someone threw at him? "Hey man, can I get the knife that I tried to stab you with back?" Hardly fair or just, and this sort of thing is covered by the rules and the rules override whichever rights you reserve.
SirSonic, Co-mayors may remove members from a town if the player has griefed or broken one of the town's rules, not just becuase they don't like the person.
As for the griefing part; SirSonic has the rights to do that. Clob trusts him as a co mayor, and he is...well, co mayor. @ Sputnick - If a griefer was banned from a town, is it harassment to grief their buildings in front of them? I'm not saying AdiNec is a griefer, that's just an example. If a user was banned from a town, which the owners of the town have total power over, they can get rid of their house or buildings, in front of them or not. @ GoldenArmor - As I said, owners of a town can remove whoever they want, whenever they want. Doesn't have to even have a valid reason. It's their town. That is all. Not locked for now, SirSonic, please tell Clob to confirm on this thread that you were ALLOWED to remove Adi and allowed to destroy his buildings.
Also what really happened that I heard from cisrox was AdiNec had removed the lightings from a spawner and then got the spiders to kill CisRox. He then takes his stuff and refuses to give it back when I ask him multipule times to give it back and if he doesn't I will remove him from town. He then decides that he has more authority than me and says he will get me baned if I do. Cisrox says he started throwing instant damage potions at him to try and get his stuff back so adinec throws them at him. I then remove them both and adinec starts saying again that he will get me baned and I tell him to start moving his stuff out and he tells me no because he will get added back to town. I then wait around 10 minutes then say: Ok adinec im taking down your house you better of taken it down already and I come over there and he starts trying to kill me with those splash instant damage potions and he had been patrolling around his house. I tell him he can be baned if he keeps doing it and he dosn't say anything and turns into a silverfish. I then start taking down his house and keeping distance from him incase he throws more. I finish it up then I have to go because it was late that night and I was planning to get his signs removed.
Are you SURE that's exactly what happened? We can't just go around banning people for a thing they did not do. My point: screenshots/proof.
Sirsonic does have permission to remove people from Dragonious and is allowed to destroy buildings once people have been removed.
