Hey AV, good to see you wanting to come back and commit to ECC once again! I do have to wonder what happened to all your towns, tools, and money you had before you took a break. You and your brother had so much together, have you even asked him to help?
I am sorry to hear that. I would never have expected that from him. I am sure you realize that you have the option to file a complaint. And depending on the situation, you may be able to reclaim your towns due to the scamming.
If you illegitimately lost your towns you can contact a GA+ regarding this (state that you lost your towns illegitimately) and we may be able to get them back for you.
The only case where that would be an issue is if there's an official town claim used. Otherwise it could still be illegitimate.
