@The_Dead_Lotus to clarify, does "how much you think it costs" is that how much I'm offering to pay you? Or how much the materials cost?
It is how much you think it costs. Say, You need me to build 10 shop areas for people to rent a space to make a shop, you could say it costs 1000 per booth, or 100 total. but don't be that one guy who says its 5, my minimum is 100
