if i were to buy a flat town in legacy what would be the cheepest

    so im interested in purchasing a town most likely a flat but i dont really care as long as its a good deal
    so the least i would ask for is 11k the most would be 20k

    You might be able to get one for 20k but a 200x200 even if it's just flat will probably require around 30-40k

    you would need to pay at least 25k for a flat town and that's with a steal of a deal

    The common market price is 40k and nobody buys them.
    The ones that sell are marked at <35k.
    If you are lucky, you could find a flat ocean town around 30k.

    I sold my flat town for 25k, although it was jammed with things and impossible to clear, and would've cost another 25k to gt it completely flat.

    You can buy a flat town for 30-50k, usually
