if i had a town and wanted to make a minigame with hoppers, could i get a part of my town to allow hoppers and disallow dispencers? because if i just had hoppers without dispensers, i wouldn't be able to auto farm.
Unfortunately no, as we have the ability for all of us to place them restricted for several reasons. Sorry!
Sadly, this isn't even the biggest problem. Whenever Mojang fixes a hopper exploit, a different one appears. Not allowing dispensers in such areas doesn't work because not all duplication bugs require hoppers and dispensers.
