Xenforo's default is "admin" as the first user. However, upon installation, you can choose who you want to use as the initial super administrator. Based on "http://www.ecocitycraft.com/forum/members/1", no user is found. Im guessing it was "admin" but the user was deleted so andrew would be the official first one.
Just FYI, the same error comes up when they are banned from the forums. Maybe '1' was banned to prevent any security issues. Just another thought
