If somebody sells you PERMS to a farm, and the next day sells the farm, causing you to have to repurchase PERMS for the farm from the new owner, would any of guys say that this should be illegal? I know that selling PERMS means that at some point in the future you could still get kicked out by whoever owns the place. But to sell PERMS and selling the town the next day seems to me like a false trade, since PERMS were not in any way actually provided in the first place. To be clear the new owner of the town is exercising his right. The old owner was selling under false pretences. Some of you might know who this is about. I am giving no names and would like to ask the same of all who comment in this thread. I am asking purely so as to get opinions on the facts.
Thank you for giving no names, but it was me. I apologized to this player and I understand his/her side of the problem. However, although what I did may not seem nice/morally correct it is allowed. When I did sell you perms I had no intent of selling the farm, as that would be unfair. However, the next day, the buyer of the farm did ask to buy the town, and gave me a great deal, so I took it. I hope you understand where I am coming from. Thanks
That is why I was not requesting a full refund. A 75% refund would mean you still would have been paid for the usage up until ownership was transfered. The sale might have been unexpected, but sadly even though it might be allowed it leaves me with a broken trust to further transactions, since these grey areas seem to be unmonitored and exploitable
I understand, and I agree with you now. As soon as I get the money (I only have 520k available to me atm, 500k for tycoon, 20k for spawn shop, as I do not want to get fined), I will give you the 75% refund. However, all others that approached me asking for refunds in a less formal manner, cannot and will not receive a refund. Mod please lock
before being locked I would like to thank SKSoccer for being approachable and I am glad that we could settle this dispute without further problems. Also agree: PLEASE LOCK
