I was banned for something i did not do!

    Please help me out. I was banned for apparently using inappropriate language. I did not use inappropriate language and i was not even online when i got banned. I just logged on went to log on but it told me i was banned for using inappropriate language. Please help me out as soon as you can for i really want to go on your guys's awesome sever again!
