Recently, the IXE clan was introduced to ECC. I put in 2 stacks of diamond blocks and 8 stacks of redstone for use in the stock market. Soon after this, IXE left the server over a dispute with the ECC staff. Igunnaechoo was going to return my stuff, but he left the server (due to "trolling" apparently) before doing so. I located the town where the deposit chests were being kept and found a chest marked "CoobaDiver". I assume this is the one containing my stuff. However, this chest is locked by a player who says he is never returning. What should I do to get my stuff back? *I filed an LWC request. It was denied due to me not having provided proof that I have tried to contact this player. **Please do not reply to this if you are going to: a) Troll the IXE clan b) Say "you shouldn't have invested" I would like some honest help. Thank you!
Hmm, you have a sticky situation...unless the staff disputes this and decides to do it themselves, I'm not sure you can get your stuff back, short of the player getting unbanned. Unless you can get an owner of the town to give it to you, they can file LWC if they are co-mayor.
I recommend mailing the player who has your stuff in the locked chest on the forums and ingame. If he does not reply in a few days post another lwc request with screenies of you mailing the player.
The user isn't banned, he just has left the server. And he was the sole owner of the town. I will mail him just to get the screenshots I suppose
I'm afraid that might not be enough. Someone could easy type in /mail send playername message message message message and then take a screenshot and then backspace backspace backspace and send a blank mail and take a picture of "Mail sent!" I think your in a sticky situation where you'll have to ask one of the higher staff after the player has been inactive.
