Yes, I know. I usually go for around 10-15k/hr, so 30k would seem good, as I think you wanted the interior as well.

I was hired recently to build a modern 20x20 with interior for 35k, I figured 20-30k would've been reasonable, lol. I won't go lower than 10k w/out interior. Otherwise Gideon can take the job.
not yet, I have several more projects to finish up before I tackle another one True true, lucco has hired me multible times for 30k for a 30x30, when being a hired builder you want to set your prices to the person that wants to hire you, not the person before that hired you, maybe you got more from the other person but it's better to go with the price they can afford
