I updated this new 1.5 and cannot get into this server. How can I fix it. or do I have to wait.. I went to the mc nostagia and cant get anything by "adfy" fask sass wannbi ad. when it finishes but anyway. Is there another Mcnostalgia that doesnt use adfly virus infector or mediafire that wants to charge you? What is wrong nowadays . I am sure it is my impatience
You can manually downgrade by downloading the 1.4.7 .jar file. Just download it at assets.minecraft.net/1_4_7/minecraft.jar (I think). Delete your current .jar and add that in.
I did that be fore posting this. So I went to the Minecraft.net to redo after I erased everything. I still have a corner to put my head. I thought by using my backed up files that it would fix it. didnt so I started freash,lol
I did that whit the backed up version . I erased evrything even in the %appdata% and used the back up
naw. Unless I have to put that file into the Minecraft.jar by opening it up with winrar and installing it that way as if I was adding the modloader. That was my question if I had to. But prior to that I have had the copy of it recopied and placed int the %appdata% and copied there. Then it still didnt work
Did you completely removed the old minecraft.jar from your computer and try redownloading the 1.47 above? If not they may be conflicting.

Ok. It seems that I lost my back up when I did a cleans sweep eek So by getting that file this file "assets.minecraft.net/1_4_7/minecraft.jar. That tguy recommended. Do I place this into the Minecraft .jar within %appdata% and then to the bin folder and find the minecraft jar? There are 2 of them (minecraft jar and minecraft jar 1,5 if this is the area I need to be.
Seriously, just use MVC, Minecraft Version Changer. You select the the version you want, and click a button, then you wait 5 seconds, then you go start Minecraft.
Guys. You don't need mods or anything. All windows PC's have a very easy fix for it. Just follow this Youtube video. It helped me alot
Just us MultiMC, simple 2 minute download and you can create all the instances and versions you want and play them without changing .minecraft files. MVC might be the same thing, never tried it.
Yeah, might be basically the same thing, but you never ever have to go crawling around in your folders
yea the mine craft version changer is easy as clicking, looks like a simple jar file just click and choose any versions. Thanks guys and gals.
