Does it count if someone say " kyle you are a jerk" and "wtf!" count as a swear word or abusing other player.
I would suggest not calling other players names. If it really does bother you.. Let someone know. If it's something vulgar or generally inappropriate, make a complaint. As for things like wtf, fml, etc., no one has had any issues with it, and there's nothing wrong with it as far as I've seen.
Like Moo said if you're being called these and it's offensive towards you, let someone know. As for the "Wtf" "Wth" read the following the Andrew wrote in the Wikipedia..
