I feel i need to donate to ever get help from staff....

ive experience the tp glitch before and lost alot, there is nothing that the staff can do. im sorry about your loss of items, but still if they could do anything they would.

 

You don't need to donate to get help from staff, I didn't have a donation feature until the day before I got moderator, yet I was always helped out by staff members. Also, I know that not only myself, but most if not all staff members try to help users to te best of their ability

 

Yes, the staff are very busy at almost every part of the day. If you are in serious need of help wait till the staff member is available, or bring it to the forums in a humanly manner. Also there is nothing the staff can do about the tp "glitch" other then simply say "try to avoid using tp" or if it was a void everyone experiences this and it is no ones fault.

 

With the tp glitch, there is nothing we can do for you. We're aware of the issue and we cannot roll you back for it. Andrew and the devs to the best of my knowledge have been working on trying to find a permanent solution to the problem, but there is no ETA on when it might be fixed and while it's still glitching, teleporting is at your own risk. It has nothing to do with you being a donator or not, mods can't do anything for you in this case regardless of whether you've donated.

I understand that you're frustrated, and I've dealt with a lot of other frustrated people as a result of this glitch, but there is little we can actually do for you in this case. Best I can do is advise you to try to avoid tping and that this glitch is more likely to happen when the server is lagging in the background.

 

I lost 300k in items to the tp glitch, and the staff couldn't help me, even though
I've donated $350.

Is this the same glitch that was happening with Portals? I havent experiences the glitch in a while.
