Alright who likes mf chiliii?? This recipe is good and I make it a lot. Get your chef hat on because youre in zachs kitchen now hahaaa. This recipe makes real good thick chili. None of tht soupy garbage. Ingredients 1 huuuge white onion 6 tomatoes, about 6 cups ground beeeeef (or turkkey for health) 1 and 1/2 pound 1 bottle Sam Adams Cream Stout 2 tbsp minced garlic 3 more bottles Sam Adames Cream Stout lol 5 jalepenos or 2 habeneros (lessen for milderness) 3 tbsp chili powder 1 tbsp cumin 1/2-1 tsp salt a can of beans if you want fritos sour creaaam love any shredded cheese you want bb Steps: 1.cut up your garlic cloves, onion, and tomotoes into little baby pieces 2. put your ground beef in a big pot and cook it on medium-high heat until the surface turns brown. While doing this try not to break the beef into too many pieces, big pieces taste better, 3. once the surface turns brown(not the centers) add everything except beer, fritoes, sour creaaam, cheese, and beans. Then add about half a cup to a cup of beer. (optional). The mixture may look dry but dont worry. Water will be pulled from the tomatoes as it cooks. 4. cOver pot and cook at medium-low heat for an hour 5. Drink rest of beer with friends 7. So after an hour if you want beans in it you can add those in it. If you added a cup of beer you should mush the beans so its thick and not soupy. 8. cover and continue cookin for 30 minutes regardless of if beans r added 9. put it in some damn bowls 10. if you want frito pie just add a dob of sour cream, frito chips, and cheese 11. Share with friends and fanily 12. Enjoy with a milk stout if you made it spicy. Give the kiddos a non-alcholic ginger beer to wash it down this dish is the reason I have friends, you should give it a go Edit: forgot to say that a tbsp of brown sugar adds good taste Love, Zach
I included this in Basic Tutorials because that's what it is. No one said the tutorial had to be about minecraft. Link me a good green chile recipe and I'll see who's right
What's 'Sam Adam's cream stout'? Never heard of it. Nevertheless, I'm hungry, so might as well try this out and make a mess in the kitchen
