Scroll down on the forum's main page, find the Whitelist Applications hotlink, click it, and read the thread... Then make your app on it, and wait for someone to add you~

ok so i hit whitelist app and it brings me to minecraft fourms and i go down to the blue where is sayes ign (user name) i copy that (blue) and than what i can find any thing that sayes reply where would it be on the page?
When you are logged in on that site (requires you to make another account - it doesn't share with the Minecraft.net site), there is a reply button on every post to reply to that individual post, and at the very bottom, there is an open field for quick replying, and two more buttons, one being "Add Reply." Very bottom of page.
