I've read a lot about the macro mod on the forum and in chat, and as far as I understand a few commands are still not blocked. Now I have got 2 questions... Are displays (Like /bal etc) still possible? How to install it? I tried it with LiteLoader, but it can't seem to accept my .minecraft folder. I think a while ago I had a bin folder in my .minecraft which also included my minecraft.jar, but now it's gone and the only .jars that are left are inside the versions folder. Now a while ago I have heard that it is also possible to install it without the LiteLoader. Could anybody please tell me how to do so, and if now, then how I can get my bin folder back? (I think I lost it when I first tried 1.7.9, not sure though). Thanks in advance for any help!
use the liteloader installer, throw macromod in your mods folder. Start minecraft using the liteloader profile tada, macromod installed.
@kukelekuuk00 The problem is...when running the liteloader iunstaller.exe, it shows the message "You need to run the version 1.7.2 at least once". And it shows this although I am always playing on 1.7.2. Maybe it shows this because of the missing bin folder? If yes, how can I get it back? EDIT: Working now, reinstalled my whole minecraft. Now the question is...how to create these displays?
There's a tutorial in the tutorial section somewhere, take your time to search for answers before asking questions.
A lot of them are blocked, like the OnHealthChange or the OnDurabilityChange, but some are still allowed, like the keybinds or the OnChat and OnJoin. And aswell my main reason for macro: The ability to show displays on the screen. *Looks at his balance and tool/armour durability displays*
"use the liteloader installer, throw macromod in your mods folder. Start minecraft using the liteloader profile tada, macromod installed." @kukelekuuk00 Where do you put the mods folder though? I've finished everything else, except liteloader won't recognize any mods, so I think I have the mods folder in the wrong place. btw I'm on a mac. Thanks for any help!
IDK anything about a mac, but normally there should be a prefefined mods folder in the .minecraft folder. (Either generated with Minecraft or LiteLOader installation, don't remember).
Now do I put the mod I want to install (macro mod) in the mods folder or the 1.7.10 folder? ~blaze987
It still didn't work. It is a .litemod file. It's 1.7.10 liteloader and 1.7.2 macro mod. Could that be the issue? ~blaze987
Ah, that might be the cause. Didn't see that you said 1.7.10. Also the main reason why I am limited to 1.7.2 on my PC.
Ok I just tried redownloading everything for 1.7.2. It worked I think. Now if I can use it i will be happy. Thanks for your help. ~blaze987
