Hello, with the new Website, there's many features, and to use some of them, you're going to have too clear your Cache. For example, I couldn't even get onto the Website with Firefox prior to clearing my Cache, so it's a good idea to do so. It's completely safe to Clear it. Below are some of the most 'Used' Browsers, i've done Tutorials for them all, if you wish for me to add a Browser, let me know. If you need Further Support, post below, and i'll help you out. Firefox: Step 1. Open up your Firefox Browser. Step 2. You should see a little Orange button in the top left of your Screen, that says 'Firefox' in white, and a little white arrow beside it, click this. Step 3. A drop down menu should open, On the smaller menu to the right of the Main/Bigger menu, you will see 'Options', click it. Step 4. From here, you should be in 'Advanced' Settings. If not, click that. Once at that page, you should see a bunch of tabs; General, Network, Update, and Encryption. Click 'Network'. Step 5. Now click under Cached Web Content, 'Clear Now' and then you're done! Now you can take advantage of all of the new Website features! Google Chrome: Step 1. Open up your Google Chrome Browser. Step 2. In the top right corner, you should see three horizontal Black Bolded lines; click this. Step 3. Hover over 'Tools', on the drop down menu beside 'Tools' you should see 'Clear Browsing Data' Step 4. Click this, and from here, Change it from 'The past week' to All Time. Once you've done that, check 'Clear Browser Data'. Or anything else that you may want cleared from your Browser. Safari: Step 1. Open up your Safari Web Browser. Step 2. Click the 'Safari Tab' in the top left corner of your Screen. Step 3. Click 'Empty Cache'. Step 4. Click 'Empty'
You can use "CTRL + F5" on specific web pages. When you do an "F5" it simply instructs the browser to update content, if available. If you do a "CTRL + F5" it instructs the browser to dump everything for that page/site and to retrieve new information. This will allow you to update/fix stuff without purging your entire history. This should work on most/all browsers.
