This is a thread on how to become a Resident on ECC! If you're like me, a player who is quitting would just give you the money to purchase the rank, but unfortunately that does not happen everyday. 1. Do the command "/help resident" in-game 2. Do the command "/kit starter". In that kit you will be given a stone pickaxe, go to the mining world (/miningworld or /warp mining) to go and mine. Mine all sorts of materials, coal and iron should be the ones you're going for. Also, remember to make another stone pick when you need one. "/sell" all your materials. 3. Once you have at least $100 ECD in your "/bal", go to "/warp market", and right click one of the signs. Find a shop that sells diamonds for $20-$30 per. Make yourself a diamond pickaxe. 4. Mine at Y=11 mining redstone, coal, iron, diamonds, rail tracks, and gold. Obsidian takes too long to mine, and emeralds are not sellable with the /sell command. 5. Eventually, your pickaxe will lose some of its durability. When this happens do the command "/ch tr", and ask for an erep. Hopefully a player will teleport to you and give you one. Lots of people give them for free, that includes @Bashdash100 and @pat2100, some will charge $50-$200, and some will ask you to pay whatever you want to pay with the "/pay (amount)" command. 6. Keep on mining. Never give up! You will get to 15k in your pocket. If you want you may want to get some enchantments on your pickaxe. The ones I recommend are Efficiency 5, and Unbreaking 3. That adds up to 10,000 EXP! That can cost up to $10,000 ECD! Its your choice. 7. Congratulations, you have made $15,000 ECD! It is now your time to apply for resident here. Make sure you have a forum account with the username the same as your Minecraft Username. 8. Please wait 1-7 days for your application to go through, as our staff members are quite busy. 9. WOOOOOO
This is a nice tutorial! Keep up the good work! For anyone else reading this tutorial, don't be afraid to ask questions in /ch g! You'll find the majority of the community is more than willing to help. =) Also, you may want to add a part about purchasing a plot. A safe place to live is better than getting a rank in my opinion.
other way around that i found my way to get to resident so i sell Nstars and some stuff and i had enough money in rl to buy the ECD from shop
you get 5x as much when u sell feats than from the shop... its a good idea to sell feats not buy from shop.
this really helped i will become a resident as soon as i can then i will try to become a mayer then i will make my friend comayer can you choose who to be comayer? cause i want to make my friend the comayer of my town (if i can do that when i become mayer)
You actually need $8500 for mayor, therefore making the sum $100,000. Anyone can do it, if you put enough time and effort, you can do it!
