For me it took: Builder-Resident: 3days (April 16th) Resident-Mayor: 5 days (April 21st) Town Portal: (April 28th) Nether: (May 1st) Pvp Arena: (May 5th) Extra Creations 90k: (May 8th) Mayor-President: 18 days (May 9th) Moderator: 248 days (January 12th) I could've gotten president sooner, but I had to buy my pvp, portal, and nether access.
Resident took me a couple/few months, and Mayor happened directly after (I think). I got President not too long after it was added, but I lost it after a couple (?) months. (I only paid for President..others paid for my Resident/Mayor, that is why it happened all at once. >>)
Builder to Resident took me about 2-3 months, but that was because I would only play for like...an hour a week. Resident to Mayor took me 5 months, and I hope that Mayor to Pres will be only a month or so!
About a month for res as i was a spendy builder and 5 months for mayor as I was never wanting to deal with a town and i really love the light green colour.
