Is the question "How is this possible" a real one or a rhetorical one? If first one: If you kill each other at exactly the same time it sometimes takes the item you are holding outside of SG as "murder weapon".
Killing someone at nearly the exact same time that they killed you, results in the second person that died to kill the other user with whatever he is holding in his hand outside of sg. This usually happens with CC, as someone may have killed a user that had CC, and the fire killed the other user soon after. However, it just happens when two users kill each other at the same time, or nearly the same time.
Are you referring to why Iticip has an arrow in his shoulder after respawning, how he was killed by two different players, or how you killed him with a baked potato?
It was a bit of both types of questions (ik, I'm an sg nub .) How he was killed by two people with baked potato. 314 cleared this up for me though.
