Hi everyone, now that the town is finished i have started to build the architecture and all. I have decided to make a shopping strip/mall. I am having shops for sale there for any rank. The rent for a week is $500 ecd! To rent it you must fill out an application. I have 7 shops open right now, but once every shop has been rented, I will add more. You have to have the applicable amount of money in your balance, to start your shop off you will have to pay at the least 2 weeks worth of rent (1k) to start it off. The maximum amount of weeks to start off is 8 (4k). Of corse you are aloud to renew the shops when you shop is due.
