I would be willing to re-create it for 5k. This does not include to cost of materials. The house has 4 floors, one bedroom, a pool, and a rooftop balcony. The house also has 2 Fountains in the front. More floors can be added to the house if requested. Additonal floors will cost $250 per floor, plus the cost of materials. I would request that you purchase the materials, so no question about the price of materials arises. Floors can have whatever you want on them. The house fits on a 20x20 plot, with a front yard. This house looks great in any area. I do not have the water donation, so the cost of water will also be charged. Feel free to chose the kind of wood you would like, the images are of a house i have made using junglewood planks on a different server. I will not post the name of the server, for it is against the rules. Please comment if interested or if you have any questions or comments about this.
