Hello EcoCityCrafters! I am offering my services to those in need of architectural plans! Right now, I offer two different kinds of plans: house plans and town plans. Perfect for prebuilt towns or just people looking for a good design from a trusted user! House Plans House plans range from 10-75k depending on the complexity of the design and number of floors. For a house plan, I will make a 2d digital design of the plan for you to use. Optional are facade drawings, which range from 5-25k depending on the complexity of the building, and quotes on how much it would cost to build this house and how much you could sell it for. Town Plans Town plans range from 20-100k depending on the complexity of the design. For a town plan, I will put your ideas on digital paper with 2d rendering software! If you want, I can also give you a quote on how much it would cost to build the town! Application Format IGN: Rank: What are you ordering? (House plans, town plans, or both): Quantity of house plans ordering: Quantity of town plans ordering: What is your total budget: What is the size of the plan(s): Give me a basic description of what you are looking for: FAQ What if I don't like the design? If you don't like the plan, you can either ask for a revision (5k) or receive a refund. However, if you receive a refund, you must not use the design. Can I use all of the drafts you show me? You may only use the final edition of the plans. Can I order bulk quantities of plans? Of course! But make sure you fill out the application accordingly and give me descriptions for all plans you order. Can you plan a nation for me? Yes! Just fill out the application as if you were ordering multiple towns. Will you make a contract? Certainly! When do I pay? At the start of the project (remember that we are creating a contract and that you can ask for a refund at any time).
