Can someone confirm whether or not horses can be spawned in rising? If they can be spawned in rising then someone needs to modify the information on the thread about voting prizes so that it states that they can be spawned in rising. Right now the thread is very explicit that they can only be spawned in the main world. But, I think this is just something that has been overlooked.
