Swordguthan I suggest that ECC should build a homeless shelter and soup kitchen for builders new to the game, in which they can stay and receive food from for up to two days or until they get resident. The homeless shelter should have rooms and perhaps we should assign two builders per room. The soup kitchen will provide each builder with 3-5 grilled pork chops per day. The reason I suggest this is because I notice many new players have no where to go or store their belongings or get food by any means. I also notice that many people are annoyed by the new players asking for free food, housing, etc. And lastly, I remember being a builder and how hard it was for me to find my first plot and obtain food. I think ECC should represent the real economy, and governments in the real world create soup kitchens and homeless shelters right? Why should ECC be any different? Keep track somehow, of which users have stayed for two days and had their rations of grilled pork chops. Also, if a builder is offline for an entire day, allow that day to add to their allotted time period, as this teaches them they can't be inactive when they buy plots in a town. Voting gets you 20 cooked pork chops per day, which should be more than enough. And your additional 1K from voting can buy you enough for a plot and materials to build a farm or house. Although ECC represents the real world economy, there are many aspects that differ. For example, players in ECC have no need for shelter to survive, and free money and food is handed out daily just by voting. Truth is, starvation is not a leading cause of death for builders. And this is coming from the fattest person on the server.
