I need someone to furnish an apartment building in my town. I provide materials, the its 20x20, There is 6 floors to furnish. Please leave a link below. - No. However, if you allow me to take a look at the building, I can make my own Creative world with 2-3 Prototypes, send it to you and ask you which one you prefer. If you do not like any of them, just tell me what you think is missing, or is too abundant and I will try to fix it with another prototype. What would you like to be payed? - I would like a payment in the region of 12-14k for all of the apartments, including prototype models. How long do you think this build will take you? - After I get to see the build of the apartment, please allow me 2-3 days to come up with three or four prototypes and send it to you. After you select it, please allow upto 1-2 days to make any tweaks as you like it (or 0 days if you feel that it is perfect). The final apartments will take a maximum of 2 days to copy and construct. So, in total, the final thing can take anywhere from 4-7 days. Do you agree with my policy: - Yes, I absolutely do. However, please understand that the initial design prototype stage is to help assure you that the job will be done by me. It is to help you understand that the job is to be refined till you like it. So, I don't really think that we need to apply this policy. But if it still happens, (for example you don't like my decor style), then please pay 1.5k for each prototype developed (and 1k for each subsequent change to prototypes). Please /mail me in-game for updates, I often check my in-game mail more than my forums. And, in the end, if you hire me, please give me an email account where I can send my Prototypes save-file.
