So far your offer is the best offer. It is in Main North however. But, I have travel bags and would be willing to transfer all the dirt over for you.
Coolio. Umm thatd be fine then. My offer will extend to mn if you transfer the stuff. If my offer is accepted youd also have to transfer over a few necessities and agree under contract not to raid my warehouse or tp anyone into my warehouse to raid it simple enough. I also only take 10k as an initial payment with the final 200k once the job us complete.
