I may be hiring one or more players to help manage my towns since I can't be on all the time and when I am it's usually to develop the infrastructure in one of the towns or to build something there. Any rank, Resident+ may apply if you're interested. You will be around to help manage the town and of course make us both money through the sales of plots and prebuilts. Main towns I am hiring for /warp Awesomeburg ~ https://www.ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/awesomeburg-a-town-for-builders.152830/ Kharilthras (can be found by heading to /warp Awesometopia and heading right, behind the Bank of Awesometopia quartz and glass building) I am also considering experienced Co-Mayors in my Resident+ towns of Bucktropolis and /warp Awesometopia ~ https://www.ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/awesometopia-the-skyscraper-city.28529/ Duties Include - Answer questions when you can for town members - In the event of grief, filing a grief report if I am not around - Selling plots and prebuilts to players by occasionally advertising the town and by looking for players in chat who are after homes Every plot or prebuilt for sale is marked "For Sale" with a price and says "Msg a Mayor" Sales are split in the following manners 60% goes to you the seller 40% will be paid to me either if I am online (just make sure I'm not AFK) or you can use one of my areas that sell dirt for 10/100/1000 a block. Make sure if I am offline that you message me who is new and what you paid to the signs. You will not be doing any evictions. Those will be solely performed by me. Some players have special agreements in town that extend the normal eviction policy so I want complete control over that. The only exception is removing a player from town who has been griefing. Plastic_Pig I feel I would be a great co-mayor, because I have a lot of experience. I co-own 3 towns currently, and own my own as well. IGN: Captain_Death_33 Experience: None as a co-mayor, in another server I've own an apartment. Why I would be a good co-mayor: I'm a great leader and respectfully and I feel that I can relate and handle things a co-mayor does. I can also communicate well with others and I'm honest, as in I will pay my portion of the sales to you.
IGN: Tullypup12 Experience: I have never been a co-mayor but I have helped in some of my friends towns. Why would I be a good co-mayor: I'm on a good bit and I enjoy helping and communicating with others and I am very trustworthy.
IGN: cocrocks2978 Experience: I'm currently co-mayor of 4 towns and own one that I bought from a mayor that was selling. Why I would be a good co-mayor: I'm a great leader. I promise I'll fulfill all duties that co-mayors are responsible for and I'll never grief or bully any town members. I'm very kind and I think that I would be a great person to hire for co-mayor as I've had prior experience and am very kind and don't grief, bully or be mean to people.
