Hello children, it is I your Supreme SwagMaster Steveshizzle and I come bearing a proposal for a position within my many organizations. I am looking for someone to take over my town of La Ciudad as an official Co-Mayor. This town is my greatest legacy to the server, but due to my recent up-taking of several building projects both in and out of the town, I have had little time to focus on selling houses, shops, and apartments, thus enabling the town to fall into a depressing emptiness that haunts me every time I log on. The town is a 200x200 city-scape that Simeon De Witt would be proud of, complete with multiple skyscrapers, a modern town mall, luxurious prebuilt homes, a park, pvp arenas and more! The position will mainly be for marketing the town and selling homes, shops, apartments, etc. You will also be in charge of maintaining the town, meaning doing inactivity checks on residents periodically and grief checks on the various structures in the town. You will also be allowed to host any pvp or other competitions at your discretion. I'm primarily looking for someone who is active on the server and that I can trust will contribute to the town's prosperity. I want someone who I believe can make La Ciudad the most fun and active town on the server.
