I may be interested in buying, but am low on money, and am only on a few days a week. I will think abut it more, and tell you when I have sufficient funds.
After going into the town, and having a look around, these are a few things I must ask you: 1. Are your prices for the town flexible? i.e. would you settle for 75k? 2. Are all the LWC's done? 3. Who are the neighbouring towns? 4. Is there any information I must know if I buy this town?
1. Im good with that 2. I think there is one private chest used as a mailbox but i like it so i kept it 3. Whoville, Mountainview, Chinatown, and a tunnel underground connecting to Ellinia. 4. Not really, its a pretty low-key place
