We have a ranking system that runs from Builder to Resident to Mayor to President to Tycoon to Ecoleader to Ecomaster to Ecolegend-the highest rank. Getting Ecolegend makes you pretty much "beat" the game. To start off, I suggest mining for money. Good luck in this amazing community!
